How soon will my order ship?

Your package will usually ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. When it does ship, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information from USPS.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is automatically calculated by USPS in the shopping cart.  All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail.  If your order ends up being cheaper to ship via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, you will only be charged the Flat Rate fee rather than the calculated Priority Mail rate.  Canadian customers, please note you will be held responsible for any customs fees your order might incur.

Does Atta Girl ship internationally?

International shipping is not offered at this time.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

I do sell my soaps at wholesale to small shops on a limited basis; please contact me for more information.

What is your privacy policy?

Customers’ privacy is important and I do not distribute personal information to 3rd parties for any reason.

Do you guarantee your products?

I’m in business to please my customers. If something you've purchased doesn't satisfy you, please let me know via email and I will exchange or refund your item less shipping costs.  Items must be returned for a refund.  Atta Girl is not responsible for return shipping costs.  Please contact me prior to sending back an item for return authorization.

Is Atta Girl handmade soap suitable for sensitive skin?

Please follow common sense precautions.  As with any product that touches the skin, please discontinue use if irritation develops, and be sure to patch test prior to use if you are have sensitive skin. Any product, even when made with the most natural, gentle ingredients can be irritating to certain sensitive individuals.
